Focus Topics
Subtopics
Healthcare, finances, and education are key to Ukraine’s stability and growth. Reforms and digitalization are driving progress, but challenges like funding gaps and workforce shortages remain. These sectors also present significant opportunities for investment and innovation.
Schedule of the mission
📍 9:00–21:00 – The Royal Automobile Club
The UA-UK Economic Recovery Business Forum is a key event that brings together business leaders, investors, representatives of governments, municipalities and international partners for an open conversation about the future of Ukraine’s economic recovery. The focus is on investment, infrastructure, energy, innovation, housing and industrial parks. The Forum is designed to be a platform for real deals, new partnerships and synergies between Ukrainian communities and the UK private sector. The goal is not just to rebuild what has been destroyed, but to create a new model of development – modern, sustainable and future-oriented. It is a place where ideas meet opportunities, and international cooperation turns into concrete projects that change Ukraine today. The day will end with networking
Pitch Session Day within the REBIRTH OF UKRAINE Trade Mission in London is a practical business event that allows Ukrainian and UK companies to present their projects, technologies, products, and services while establishing direct business contacts with potential partners and investors.
📍 9:00–13:00 – in Coventry University
📍 13:30–16:00 – in CMS law firm
Unlike the Forum, which is a more political and institutional event focused on strategic discussions and global initiatives, Pitch Session Day is a practical platform. It enables participants to discuss specific projects in detail, find partners for their implementation, and get answers to key business questions.
The event format includes:
- Short pitches from Ukrainian and UK companies within three key sections:
Tech – innovative technology solutions and startups
Infrastructure – recovery and modernization projects
Agro – agri-tech, products, and agricultural solutions
Additional: healthcare, finance, education - Expert talks between sections, providing valuable insights on business and investment opportunities in Ukraine
- Master classes from experts on the most important topics
- Networking, giving participants the chance to discuss potential collaborations in detail, without the time constraints typical of a large forum
After each thematic session, a group of companies from that section will have the opportunity to move to a smaller breakout room for further discussions. The main room will accommodate approximately 120-150 participants, while three additional breakout rooms will be available, each with a capacity of around 20 people.
In addition to companies presenting products and technologies, legal, financial, insurance, consulting, and educational firms are welcome to join the event, offering valuable expertise to help UK businesses navigate the Ukrainian market and find reliable partners for their initiatives.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

In addition, on-site study visits to leading facilities, offices and institutions in London and Edinburgh are planned.
These visits are aimed at studying the British experience in urban development, infrastructure management, sustainable construction, industrial parks, technology parks and business hubs. The delegation will have the opportunity to learn about best practices on the ground, communicate with project managers, municipalities and businesses, and discuss opportunities for future cooperation and adaptation of successful solutions to Ukrainian realities.
The Ukrainian delegation can visit YOUR company, organization, or institution – register now!
In Edinburgh, the Ukrainian delegation will take part in a series of meetings and special events aimed at establishing partnerships with representatives of business, investment funds, municipalities and think tanks in the UK.
The program includes strategic discussions on opportunities to attract British investment to rebuild Ukraine, presentations of successful cases of urban infrastructure development and sustainable construction, and exchange of experience in urbanism, industrial projects, and technological innovations.
