Review of The Trade Mission

On May 06–14, 2026, a Ukrainian delegation consisting of mayors, government officials, business leaders, and representatives of associations and organizations will visit Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as part of a Trade Mission.

It will provide an opportunity for Finnish and Baltic stakeholders and companies to establish direct connections with Ukrainian decision-makers for collaboration on specific projects.

The Ukrainian-Finnish Economic Recovery Business Forum is a key event in Finland that brings together business leaders, investors, representatives of governments, municipalities and international partners for an open conversation about the future of Ukraine’s economic recovery. The event will consist of several thematic panel discussions (Infrastructure & Construction, Green Energy & Sustainability, Financing & Investment Success Stories & The Road Ahead), presentations by government and business representatives on Ukrainian-Finnish cooperation projects/programs and pitch sessions of Ukrainian and Finnish participants.

The business meeting in Tallinn will gather business leaders, investors, government and municipal representatives and international partners for a candid discussion on Ukraine’s economic recovery. A key focus of the meeting will be the presentation of concrete projects by the Ukrainian delegation, aimed at implementation in partnership with Finnish and Baltic stakeholders. The event will provide a platform to discuss practical cooperation, investment opportunities, and joint initiatives supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction and sustainable growth.

The pitch sessions held within the framework of business forums will provide Finnish and Baltic stakeholders with the opportunity to present themselves, share insights about their activities in Ukraine, showcase innovative technologies and approaches they are introducing to the Ukrainian market, as well as highlight promising areas for fruitful cooperation with Ukraine, discuss potential joint projects, and exchange experiences with Ukrainian partners.

The day after the business forums, trade mission participants will be able to engage in targeted B2B meetings in Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga and/or Vilnius, company visits and sector-specific networking activities.
