On October 26-31, 2025, a Ukrainian delegation consisting of Ukrainian mayors, government officials, business leaders, associations and organizations will arrive in Copenhagen, Denmark, from October 26 to 29, and Stockholm, Sweden, from October 29 to 31, with Trade Mission to establish direct access for Danish & Swedish companies to local leaders, projects and contacts. This event focuses on actionable solutions for Ukraine's economic recovery, connecting local officials with Danish & Swedish counterparts through mutually beneficial partnership. With Denmark and Sweden’s strong track record of support through public-private partnerships, this mission strives to deepen connection, unlocking new opportunities for both nations.

The UA-DK Economic Recovery Business Forum is a key event in Denmark that brings together business leaders, investors, representatives of governments, municipalities and international partners for an open conversation about the future of Ukraine’s economic recovery. The event will consist of several thematic panel discussions (Infrastructure & Construction, Green Energy & Sustainability, IT & TECH – Smart Technologies, AI & Digital Transformation), presentations by government and business representatives on Ukrainian-Danish cooperation projects/programs and pitch sessions of Ukrainian and Danish participants.

The UA-SE Economic Recovery Business Forum is a key event in Sweden that brings together business leaders, investors, representatives of governments, municipalities and international partners for an open conversation about the future of Ukraine’s economic recovery. The event will consist of several thematic panel discussions (Infrastructure & Construction, Green Energy & Sustainability, Food Processing & AgriTech, Financing & Investment Success Stories & The Road Ahead), presentations by government and business representatives on Ukrainian-Swedish cooperation projects/programs and pitch sessions of Ukrainian and Swedish participants.
The pitch sessions held within the framework of business forums will provide Danish and Swedish ambassadors with the opportunity to present themselves, share insights about their activities in Ukraine, showcase innovative technologies and approaches they are introducing to the Ukrainian market, as well as highlight promising areas for fruitful cooperation with Ukraine, discuss potential joint projects, and exchange experiences with Ukrainian partners.
The day after the business forums, trade mission participants will be able to engage in targeted B2B meetings in Copenhagen and/or Stockholm, company visits and sector-specific networking activities. These opportunities are designed to deepen initial contacts, explore perspective projects and strengthen business relations between Ukrainian and Danish/Swedish stakeholders.
The site visits will allow the Ukrainian delegation to explore leading facilities in Copenhagen or Stockholm, gaining first-hand insights into best practices, innovative business models and modern technologies. These visits are intended to foster knowledge exchange and inspire opportunities for collaboration with Danish and Swedish counterparts.
The evening reception will create a relaxed networking environment, bringing together representatives of government and business leaders. Participants will have the chance to strengthen professional ties in an informal setting while experiencing elements of Ukrainian, Danish and Swedish culture.
